Our bespoke online networking service enables you to contact other pre-registered attendees before, during and post event. This simple online service, offers a totally secure and private environment. All pre-registered event attendees (delegates, exhibitors, speakers & press) will receive a unique login PIN number by email two weeks before the start of the event.
How does the system work?
Log in All pre-registered attendees are sent a unique login and pin via email. Users then login via the networking zone website.
Browse & Search Browse and search the delegate list. Search for specific people, companies, job titles and so forth. This is a secure area only accessible to event attendees.
Extend Your Profile Create your own profile and upload a photograph to increase your visibility. Give more information about your organisation, who you are looking to connect with and what services you provide.
Connect Set-up meetings before the event begins. Did you miss someone? Delegate data is securely held for the duration of 3 months post-show. Data is strictly used for delivering the networking service and for no other purpose. This service is provided to ALL pre-registered attendees only. To take advantage of this great opportunity you first need to register as a delegate in advance of the event following which login details will be provided.
